99x Wins Overall Gold and IT & BPO Sector Winner at Best Management Practices Awards
99x emerged Overall Gold Winner at the Best Management Practices Awards 2023 organized by theInstitute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka).
99x also won the Sector Award in the IT & BPO Services category. Over 40 companies participated in the competition, which was aimed at identifying and sharing best business managementpractices.
The awards endorse best practices in areas including leadership, policies and strategies, risk management, people management, resource management and process improvement.
The Top 5 ranked companies were invited to present their best practice at a special session within the CPM Sri Lanka Conference “Rebooting Management; Reimagine and Redesign” held on 16th March 2023. Other companiesranked in the Top 5 includedAnsell Lanka, LOLC Finance, DFCC Bank and Elpitiya Plantations.

This initiative will also provide opportunities for our leadership in Sri Lanka to have global roles.”
